I loved staying at Marina Real I — the apartment was bright, spotless and felt genuinely new. Great place to stay in Denia. The location is unbeatable: supermarket around the corner, port five minutes away, and you can walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed, from fast WiFi to a proper kitchen and a big terrace where we had breakfast every day. Very calm atmosphere even in high season.

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and it was ideal. The children’s pool and playground kept them happy, and we loved how safe and well maintained the whole complex felt. Underground parking was a big plus, and the gym was better than expected for a holiday apartment. Would definitely come back.

Modern apartment, great layout and surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. You can walk to Marineta Casiana beach, the marina restaurants and the old town without needing a car. The gardens and pool area are lovely, and the terrace was our favourite spot in the evening.
